In case you don't already know... The Liberty Village Cohousing Partnership
recently closed on 27 acres of beautiful farm land outside of Frederick,
Maryland.  We're about 45 minutes from Baltimore and 55 minutes from
Washington D.C.....The property includes a 12 room 18th century manor house,
barn, and pond......The plan is to sell off the manor house and 3 acres
leaving us with a lot of lovely land for very little money.   There are
currently 9 partners and several other participating families...

This Sunday October 15th we'll be having a site tour at 2:00PM...if you'd
