Enact Neighbourhoods is a cohousing concept dedicated to the 50 plus 
group,snowbirds, empty nesters, active retirees,  where all dwelling 
units  havebeen  upgraded to full mobility / access

Enact Neighbourhoods is the name chosen for the prototype / 
demonstration project which is to be built in the spring / fall of 
1996 in Peterborough County / Ontario / Canada

As of Jan. 2/96, zoning is in place to permit the construction of a four
unit townhouse or four link homes or two semi-detached units, in addition to
the owner's residence, which presently exists, on five acres in a small
rural community


Enact (Elder neighbourhoods, affordablility and choice, today) 


This prototype / demonstration project has been named Parkview and will be a
land lease community home / life lease project
