To: Cohousing-L and Boston-Coho From: Christina Hilliard, Commonweal Correspondent Just a note on behalf of Commonweal Cohousing: we've identified a terrific site in Grafton, Massachusetts, about 10 miles west of the 495/Turnpike interchange, and have conducted several site walks with current and interested members. We plan to work with the developer who now owns this property, and we've been following the Coh-L developer/cohousing thread with great interest. The numbers crunch out to the right cost range (about $130-200k for 2-4 bedroom homes), and we like the terrain and the exposure (mostly Southern). There's so much more info, but we'll be posting information to our web page, graciously maintained by Stuart Staniford-Chen, at: http://seclab.cs.ucdavis.edu/~stanifor/specific/commonweal.html Please notify your New England friends of this opportunity. Email me and I'll ensure that inquiries are answered.
