We are wondering how other groups handle their mailing lists? RMCA (Rocky Mtn CoHousing Assn) has received a few inquiries about using our mailing list. Some of you may have mailing lists that you have given/shared or sold to other groups. Some of you may have bought or otherwise received mailing lists from other groups. Have you checked with all the people on your mailing list to see if they want their names passed out a: for CoHousing related mailings b: for non-CoHousing related mailings What do you charge for your mailing list (or what have you been charged) - or do you give it away if to other cohousing related groups? What are the typical sizes of lists? How does that affect price? Do you provide labels only, or the list on diskette? If you're selling your list, do you limit the types of groups that you will sell to? What problems have you had with misuse of lists? Thanx for your input. We're just looking for advice. ~___~ (0 0) +-----------------------ooO-(_)-Ooo---------------------------------+ | Debbie Behrens debbeh [at] auto-trol.com | | Highline Crossing CoHousing W (303)252-2215 | | 1611 W.
