Cohousing-L Mailing List: Geneva Community

A few days ago, Geneva Community closed on 176 acres of land north of Lyons,
Colorado.  We had actually been under contract for 2 years, so this is nothing
surprising, but it does mean we are soon going to crank up the process (from
snail's pace to that of a turtle).

There are 3 (out of 10 total) spaces currently available.  We are
self-developing on a Lot Model basis.  Each house will be shared with another
family.  The whole development has strong ecological intentions.
