Cohousing-L Mailing List: Developer/builder fees

We at the Tucson Neighborhood Development Corporation are currently
reviewing proposals from a number of folks to hire a developer consultant
team, and would like some info about what we should expect to pay
developer/builders during the construction phase.

Does anyone have any direct experience of what may be a fair remuneration
as a percentage of the project cost?
