Cohousing-L Mailing List: New towns

There are tons of small towns across America that are either barely stable or
losing population.  Some relatively  close to cities.  Others further away.
 If any homogeneous group decided to move to a particular small town and try
to attract like minded people, they could have a tremendous impact.
