Well, no.  Not quite as people on this list seem to describe Coho.

There is a Coho group here (in Durango), but our group is a bit 
different. It seems that most Cohos are based on some philosophical
lifestyle in which all the members agree to participate in.  

In our case, we are a group of people who are working with a non-
profit housing agency using federal funds to develop a mobile home 
cooperative. Cooperatives are a specific type of ownership in which 
a corporation is formed and the members hold a share that entitles 
them to a specific unit. The title to the property is held by the 
corporation.
 
The only thing our members have in common is a need for affordable 
housing. However, many of the members, through the experience of putting
this project together are beginning to realize they have a need to 
participate in the community we are creating. It is our hope that 
much of the philosophical principals of "co-housing" will become a 
part of our project.

Please note that most cooperative housing is actually co-housing in 
its reliance on the participation of its members in running and 
governing the community, and that many existing co-housing projects 
use a cooperative ownership structure.
