Puget Ridge Cohousing is looking for a new neighbor, for the first time since 
construction was completed in 1994. One of our members is selling, and we're 
helping prospective buyers get to know what this community has to offer.

To get to Puget Ridge Cohousing: From I-5, take the West Seattle Freeway to 
Delridge Way, and go to the second light, by the community center, and turn 
left onto Oregon St. Follow the arterial uphill, through several turns and 
name changes, onto 16th Ave SW. Pass the community college, go down a long 
block to Myrtle St., turn right, go two short blocks, and turn right onto18th 
Ave SW. Puget Ridge is the cedar-sided complex on the right. Park along the 
street and walk to the common house in the center, where tours will begin.
