Cohousing-L Mailing List: Site Plan Approved!

Just to share with the list: Eno Commons had its site plan approved yesterday.
Yippie! To my knowledge, it is the first time that single family lots without
direct road access have been approved in our county. Also, our road (private) is
the narrowest ever approved, being mostly 18' from curb face-to-face, meaning
the strip paving is about 14' wide. Both of these features engendered *a lot* of
discussion in various city and county departments.

We're having a great time here in Durham, hip deep in revisions to our Common
House floor plan and starting to pull plans together for our standard home
design retreat April 20-21.
