"What are the gender dynamics in cohousing groups?"

I suspect this varies as much as all other parameters among cohousing 
groups.  We at Cambridge Cohousing are still in the development stage, so 
its hard to say what will happen with child watching, construction projects, 
 etc. but our current experiences suggest pretty equal sharing.  It happens 
that our design/development team consists of one male and one female.  The 
only lawyer member is female.  The Finance Committee consists of two men and 
two women.  Our primary babysitter is male. Our landscape architect/member 
is female.  Gardening enthusiasts, and super cooks seem to be equally split 
male/female, as do artists.  The two members who want a regular poker game 
are female.

I don't know what this tells you, except that cohousing is made up of 
individuals and we have a lot of "uppity broads" in Cambridge!
