Tony, I think this is the point. How many people accept "basic communitarian ideals", and how many other traits are associated with that set of ideals? In addition, how many people are likely to hear of *your* particular endeavor and be interested in beign a part of it? If nobody in your core group has an Inuit in-law, you're not likely to end up with any Inuit in your community. The same likely goes for whatever other groups and/or traits you'd care to include. best, Joel
