I want to second the thanks to those who have written letters.  We had
comments from the commissioners that they were helpful.  We still welcome
more letters - I think there are only 2 or 3 from other areas right now.
 They can be from residents of coho or city officials where coho is built as
Denise said.  They should arrive no later than July 29.
