Hi again from South Africa.

Thanks to those who responded to my queries posted here last week.  There 
were somewhat fewer than I had anticipated, and I must attribute this to 
the holiday season you "Northern Hemispherians" are currently enjoying.
 
Unfortunately I received no comments on my request for skills and traits 
you think are important for Project Facilitators to have.  Would your 
developments have run any smoother had these Developers/Facilitators 
genuinely understood what it was you wanted to achieve in your various 
communities?  PLEASE, even if its just a couple of words describing your 
"ideal" ? individual for the job, would you let me know?  I have read the 
archived material on the subject,  but am trying to compile a list of 
characteristics from direct responses to this question.
