Things are moving quickly now at Liberty Village and we realize it's time to
accelerate work on our CC&Rs......  We'll eventually have 35 households on 25
acres with 16 acres of open space.... Our group gets along extremely well
(has never really had a problem reaching concenus).... Does anyone have what
they consider to be a good model of CCRs that they could share with us?
