Hmmmm.... Why would you sell for more than your cost? Who will pocket the difference? It IS certainly legitimate to add to your calculation of your costs additional replacement reserves, operating reserves and real budget items like that - in fact I hope you will. Make sure you have calculated your operating and reserve budget before and figured out what you want to prefund out of sales before you calculate your sales costs....
