At Marsh Commons in Arcata, Ca. we are using a residential size refrigerator
and a large pantry that is naturally cooled by a floor vent bringing cool air
under the building from the north and a warm air vent to the roof. The pantry
room is well insulated.  It works so well we do not need to refrigerate
vegetables, wine, juice and condiments.
