Where our last household (#30) moved in a couple of weeks ago; spring
beckons with its associated landscaping duties; the HOA has kicked in
and is taking over the management duties previously tended to by our
developer; the basement of our Common House is in the process of being
finished (finally!) to give us more: meeting space, children's space,
guest rooms; the community garden and open space are being designed, and
common dinners are being held twice a week. Hurrah for co-housing:-)
