Interesting. Here, we are all the "board," and I thought that's how most
cohousers do it. It's the essence of consensus decision-making, no? We have
nominal "officers" with the traditional titles because the incorporation
papers or annual state filings require that, but they're meaningless in
reality (though I admit it was kind of fun being president of something for
the first time in my life).
