date occupied (if applicable)
name of bank providing construction financing (or "lot development")
name of bank loan officer, if available

email contact, if known

I have not included groups which do not have control of a site yet. (I've
been comiling this list for submission with our loan application, and so
it can be used for other loan applications, as well).
