        Thanks to David Mandel for your feedback.

        After posting my request for waiting list advice I did finally find
a thread on this subject in the archives.  (For anyone who's curious, it's
under "Living As A Community / Business / Sale,Resale of Homes".)  Lots of
useful tips there.  Thanks to all who contributed to that, if you're still
out there.

        It *is* from '93-'94, however, so I'd still be interested in any
more recent experiences/advice/info.
