Today and for the days prior to the conference, it's predicted to be in the 
high 60's and somewhat rainy, with some sun at times.

But that can mean that you have a day like today: After a light morning 
sprinkle, it's clean and cool and sunny and beautiful, with a light breeze 
pushing beautiful white clouds around blue skies, making it one of the 
incredibly gorgeous days that can occur this time of year.

Anything can happen. Prepare for that, when you pack.
