Hi Cohousers-

For those of you who have seen our posts in the past, I just want to let you
know  - Yesterday Monterey Cohousing had our last closing as a developer! (at
least for now, I should say).  Our last townhome is no longer rented but is
owned by our newest member, and we are all delighted.  

We will of course be working on a waiting list, but as many of you know, that's
quite different than being landlords.
