I'd like to recommend Zev Paiss to any cohousing community looking for a great 
community resource 
person.

We just hosted Zev for a 2 day workshop and an evening public event, and he is 
worth every penny.
Talk about knowledgeable!  You get it straight from the horse's mouth.  Not 
only is he right on top 
of the movement, but he has lived it to the depths.

I found Zev to  1) be Professional and well organized, 2) Extremely well versed 
in all aspects of 
cohousing,  3) Have an excellent public presence 4) Sensitive to particular 
needs of a particular 
group 5) A model facilitator... and boy, do we need models!

This guy deserves your support and can teach your group a lot.  I'd recommend 
his help at any stage 
in the process (we are now at construction stage).
