Cohousing-L Mailing List: Does the process speed up when the site is found?

Synergy Cohousing in Delray Beach Florida now has a site, a site plan,
architectural drawings, floor plans, prices, etc. It took four years.
Does it go faster at this point? We still need households before we
can start construction.
