Cohousing-L Mailing List: Project Timelines

The Village in the City cohousing group is in the early stages of creating
a project timeline for our development. We would be grateful for any
assistance in what items to include, what timeframes are realistic, what
format to use (gantt chart? flow chart?) and how you identified resources
in the plan.

Does anyone have a timeframe that we could base our plan on? I realize that
every development is different and that each project is unique. This would
help give us some guidelines and keep us from reinventing this wheel.
