Thanks for posting about affordable cohousing. It is an interesting
effort and you are indeed correct that cost is a problem for many people. 
My question for you is what kind of interest and help are you expecting
from cohousing-L subscribers?  As a national (international) list, few
people (tho some) seem unlikely to be interested in moving there.  
But maybe there are ways those of us in other places can be supportive.
