Cohousing-L Mailing List: Non-binding letter of intent

Hi all!

Does anyone out there have an example of a  "non-binding" letter of
intent to purchase a lot or house in a cohousing community (or other
community for that matter)?  I have at least one example of a binding
committment but nothing that just shows that a party is interested
but not necessarily committed.

This is for my work w/ Takoma Village cohousing.
