That was a terrific call Ann! I really enjoyed talking to Katie live and in
person--it was VERY informative hearing what she had to say about getting
your project started, getting your group motivated, working with
developers, how to choose a developer (or for that matter any home-building
professional) how to work with politicians and neighborhood groups, the
effect of cohousing on neighboring real-estate prices--she really covered a
wide range of topics in a short amount of time. I hope she comes back again
to do another conference call in the future when we can get more people on
the line. I know I'll be back for it!
