Hi all!

Just a little reminder that Thursday evening Nov. 5th, Katie
McCamant, co-author of "CoHousing: A Contemporary Approach to
Housing Ourselves" will be my guest on this new "TeleTalk" live
telephone conference call. The call lasts 1 hour. Your only expense
is whatever your long distance service provider charges you. Call
starts at 10:00 p.m. EST. If you would like to join us, email me for
the bridgeline number to call. If there is still space available on
Thursday I will email the list(s) w/ the number and you can join on a
first come first serve basis.

We will be structuring the first part of the discussion on delights,
concerns, issues and celebrations of living in a cohousing
community. Some of the topics might be: dinnertime rituals, fun
celebrations, making work teams work, meetings, what's for dinner?
Planning and preparing dinner for the community, how residents in
built communities handle conflict. These are just suggestions --
we'll engage whatever topic the group decides to discuss.

Everyone is invited to call in at the beginning. Newbies can learn a
lot from hearing old hands discuss cohousing community topics.

If I can figure out how to do this, we're going to record the call
and submit an article based on the discusion for inclusion to the
Journal. You could be famous...

The second part of the call we will handle the many questions newbies
and even some old hands have about getting a cohousing community
actually built. Participants from the built communities discussion
are invited to stay w/ us and help out in this part of the
discussion. Your experience as residents in cohousing is EXTREMELY
valuable.

Everyone is welcome to join in!

Some of you will get multiple copies of this email because you're on
all the lists. Mea culpa in advance!

This project is a free service of The Cohousing Network.
