The City of Minneapolis added cohousing as one of the allowed, or ok (i don't
remember the words ) to its zoning regs about 6 or so years ago , when the
Twin Cities Cohousing Network was active. If you contact their planning
people, they could probably give you the details. Alas, no Cohousing there
yet, tho we are 6 blocks away.
