Late breaking news.  

3 BR townhouse for sale in the only built, moved in, Cohousing  community in
Minnesota (as far as I know). Parquet floor, central air,  more details to come
- I forgot to get them, and Jane ( the owner)'s phone is out of order.  Tell
your friends in minnesota.  I will post more details ASAP.

(this is *not* at all related to the 'possible' space available that I've been
mentioning, which still remains pretty probable but not definite, and no date
known).
