Cohousing-L Mailing List: Coho Dining Resource Guide

At the East Coast Conference, the beginnings of a group were put together to
create a cohousing dining resource guide.  

We are looking for more volunteers to help with *small* pieces of this
project.  

Our anticipated completion date is the 1999 National Conference, next fall

Possible sections in the Guide may include:
* Recipes
* Menus
* Festivities
* Favorite Cookbooks 
* Meal Budgeting
* Processes for Cook Signup
* Processes for Meal Signup
* Kitchen setup
* Dining room setup
* Processes for Cleanup
* Bulk purchasing/community stores
* etc

If you are interested in helping to research one (or more) of these areas,
and/or have other topics that you think should be included, please contact
me.
