Cohousing-L Mailing List: Another way to support the Cohousing Network (TCN)

I formally sold my unit at Doyle St. today.  It was purchased by a woman
from Los Angeles who found out that it would be available this fall, when
she was touring Bay Area cohousing with a group let by Ken Norwood of the
Shared Living Resource Center, just before Christmas last year. 

Since I was offered more for it than I was expecting to sell it for, at my
suggestion both my buyer and I will be making significant contributions to
the Cohousing Network, taking the funds off the top of the sales price. I'm
not bragging, just hoping to inspire others to do the same, especially if
they are able to sell their property without the assistances (or the cost)
of a real estate agent.
