Cohousing-L Mailing List: Investment in Cohousing

At a recent meeting here in Chicago a member of the group suggested that
there may be people interested in investing in  a cohousing development
without actually being a member of the community.

Are there any cohousing groups who have such experience?

If so, I would be interested in your experiences and how well it has worked
for you.
