Dear Sorehanders:

I love this list, even tho I read very little these days.

I was scanning through today (I try to at least read the topic lines before I
delete ) and came upon Judith Winter's post. (below)
So true, we need to hear this stuff over and over and over.

I've been doing a stretch I got from Sharon Butler for Pronator Teres Syndrome
for about 1.5 years. It has helped a lot, and I've been pretty faithful - not
clear on what happens if I don't do it, but you encourage me to keep at it.
As well as the strengthening, which clearly helps, and Tai Chi, and Stephanie
Brown's warmups.

And I, like Malcolm, want the "full" release. I'm at what I suspect is a
dangerous point, my arms feel pretty good until I skip a break/stretch, and I
keep getting reminded not to. I don'tknow if the PTeres will ever really
relax, but I guess I won't give up trying. (except some days off I just do
less).

Thanks again.

Judy

<<My own "troubles" re [felt] in my forearm. I found a particular stretch
(Thank you, Sharon Butler) that helped a little. I could tell it was
helping a little to relieve a particular trigger point. (I'll skip the
details, because yours may be different, and WHERE it is located is not the
issue.) Although this stretch didn't help "enough" - I knew it was
helping. I could tell by how I felt when I went too long without doing it.
I could tell that this one trigger point was holding things in place, but I
could only relieve it a tiny, tiny bit. After more than TWO YEARS of doing
that one stretch, BINGO! I finally felt it release "enough" - whew! >>
