Cohousing-L Mailing List: covering startup and infrastructure costs

It would be very helpful for us at Cedar Hill to find out how others covered
their startup and infrastructure costs, particularly before most residents
were on board.  Were there loans?  If so, did the money lent to the cohousing
group go into escrow or was it used for costs such as land purchase and
infrastructure?
