If this were a meeting with an agenda, I would agree with you wholeheartedly, but this is a community in itself, and sometimes an issue just needs to be talked about, whether or not it gets a building built somewhere down the line. People don't just subscribe to this to get work done. They sometimes need to deal with issues, and get support. Building cohousing is a long difficult process, and I feel the need to help others achieve it. Part of that is going to be stuff that others will not care to talk about.
