Greetings,

Is anyone out there interested in trying Cambridge on for size?

My husband and I will be in Indonesia for most of the year 2000 and will be
renting part of our unit here at Cambridge Cohousing. Our unit is a three
bedroom townhouse, to be shared with Phyllis and Mr. W. (the cat). Phyllis
is retired and plans to spend a couple of months with us in Indonesia.

Here are the particulars:
* exclusive use of the third floor master bedroom, office, bathroom and deck
* Phyllis occupies the two rooms on the second floor
* share ground floor (w/Phyllis) which includes living room, dining room,
kitchen, front patio, beautiful view of park out back, and all cohousing
common facilities
* woodburning stove, 2 blocks from Porter Square subway stop
* rent is $1,200 per month which uncludes utilities, condo fees and cable
(first, last and one month deposit)
* dates are approximately January 7th through December 7th
