The listings have a "Status Column" which "identifies where the group is in the development process" - see details after list of states. One of these is "Own Land". So go to "Alaska" (start of actual listings) and search for "Own Land". Of course the accuracy of the database determines how good a list you will get.... I urge everyone to check the list to see if it is accurate for the communities you are familiar with. If you note descrepancies, missing out of date info ( including the STATUS ) info etc., send a note to someone from the community responsible for Net relations and / or to the address for maintenance of the database: Cohousing Group list maintenance <cohousing [at] umich.edu> Thanks to Michael McIntyre for maintaining the database.
