Greenway Park (the new name for Woodlawn Cohousing here in Chicago) is
interested in ways the cost of the common house were financed by members of
other cohousing communities.

Greenway Park is a mixed income community. Some members can afford to spend
a lot more than others. 

What ways have communities found to share the costs of building the common
house?
