I want to applaud the posting of Kay from Wasatch re: Garden Plans. When
someone posts a list of specific questions about the topic they are raising
like she did, it helps everyone.  The inquirer gets what he or she needs,
responders  respond to exactly what was asked for, and all of the rest of
us get more and clearer information.

Visited Old Oakland (Swan's Market) site today, and was delighted to see
the common house coming along so well, and stucco going up along our
walkway. Our newest final take-possession date is "mid-February"--Yippee, a
big valentine for all of us.  Of course, that date like all the previous
final dates, is a moving target.
