Quick reply on the cost of construction:
The ongoing "customization", on the part of Kay and her roommate, Mary,
as well as that of one other member who wanted a lot of changes during
construction,
has collectively cost our community an estimated $30K beyond the personal
expenses
which Kay mentioned.
