Cohousing-L Mailing List: Conflict Resolution

Hello,
I have just joined this list and am looking for information /suggestions
on conflict resolution.  I am a member of the WholeLife Housing group in
Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  We are currently in the site search phase
with 11 committed households.   We use  concensus decision making
within our group and to date this has worked relatively well.  We are
still in the "honeymoon" phase and conflict has been very minimal, we
all know this will not last forever, thus,  I am interested in what
kinds of conflict resolution/mediation processes groups have in place.
Were specific people trained in these processes?  What are these
processes?  Or did processes and people naturally arrive from within the
group?
