I last wrote in November.  Yesterday the loan application went in and we
meet with the seller on Tuesday to submit the offer (at the price he
verbally agreed to last summer and again in January...and 20% more than we
paid for the first building two years ago)  So we are still looking for
additional like-minded folks for one of the lowest cost ownership
opportunities in one of the most expensive real estate markets in the
country.
