Yawn. We were encouraged to do it this way by our lawyer in order to not raise any eyebrows from the bank. I was worried that it would come back to bite us later, when living in the community. It has raised its ugly head slightly when we discussed fencing issues, ("Well, looky here, the by-laws say blankity blankity blank." ) So then when that happens we have to create a special description to provide a more realistic community agreement. All well and good. Long story short, we have nothing document wise to share with you that reflects the needs and values of cohousing. Maybe in ten years we will. coheartedly patty mara tierra nueva, cen CA coast
