At Tierra Nueva it took 10 years from the first meeting (Oct. 30, 1988) to
move in.

It took 2 years from the time we held title to the land but by that time we
already had tentative map approval for the development from the county (in
coordination of the previous owner). We also teamed up with Jim Leach at
