Hi all!

In fact, Takoma Village Cohousing had the hardest time filling our large
units of which we only had a few. The 3 and 4 BR's were the last to go.
(We are a 43 unit development.) We had/have a hard time attracting families
because of the school situation here in DC.

We are now fully subscribed except for one 4BR 3BA unit that was
specifically designed for a family who is no longer w/ us.

We could sell another 20 two BR units easily. The demand is huge. Esp. for
2BR flats (we're all getting older?)

My recommendation: if you're a large household, get involved early and get
a large unit designed for you AND put down some "hard cash money" as we say
here in the south to guarantee your participation so the community doesn't
bear the burden of supporting a large unsold unit.
