Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cascadia Commons Update

Greetings -

At the end of my last post to the list, I wrote a P.S. describing what's
going on with Cascadia.  Things are significant enough that I figured I
should do a separate message letting you all know where we are.

Expected completion of Phase 1 is just 3 weeks away!  (Phase 1 is 14 of 26
homes -- mostly remodeled townhouses -- and the Common House framed and
roofed.)  We're hoping our contractor will turn right around and start
Phase 2 (completion of the CH, the remaining 12 newly-constructed homes). 

We have made major upgrades to our website, with plans and elevations,
descriptions of our still-available homes, profiles of many of our
members, and other good stuff.  We invite a visit (url below) -- and if
you like it, tell your friends!  Currently, we have 13 member households
and several new associate households just starting to check us out, so
there is still room for more.  Thanks!
