Catherine Marano of Boston is planning to relocate (she's thinking of
Colorado) and would like to move into a 1-bedroom cohousing unit if any are
available now. She would like it to be rural or suburban--not in the middle
of a big city. Her price range is "as close to $100,000" as possible." If
